Admitted to the Paris Bar in 2017, Annabelle DALEX was first an intern at DDG in 2015, then an associate, before being promoted to Counsel in 2022. Prior to this, she completed a number of internships in international law firms and in the legal departments of major corporations.
Annabelle's practice covers all aspects of intellectual and industrial property law, including copyright, neighboring rights, trademarks, designs and patents. She also handles unfair and parasitic competition, deceptive commercial practices, ambush marketing and validation of advertising campaigns.
Annabelle assists clients with complex advisory and litigation matters in the communications, publishing, audiovisual, perfumes and cosmetics, automotive and fashion, jewelry and luxury goods sectors.
Interested in innovation in the broadest sense, Annabelle has developed a patent law practice that she would like to develop at DDG.
