Jean Daniel Bouhénic has been a member of the Paris Bar since 2004, he joined DDG in 2009, was promoted to Counsel in 2017 and became a partner in 2020.
He represents French and foreign groups mainly in the luxury, fashion, entertainment, new technologies and food industries.
Jean-Daniel regularly appears before the civil and commercial courts in complex disputes involving intellectual property (copyright, trademarks, designs, contracts for the exploitation of rights), anti-counterfeiting, appellations of origin, unfair competition and parasitism.
He also advises his clients on strategies for the protection, management and defence of intangible assets in the context of their projects or activities and assists them in the negotiation and drafting of contracts.
He speaks at conferences and symposiums on intellectual property and runs professional training courses, in particular with the Chambre Nationale des Commissaires Priseurs Judiciaires (trademark law and contract law dedicated to intellectual property - IRPI).
He is a member of APRAM, CYBERLEX and AIDV.
