Audrey has been a partner in the Corporate - M&A Department since 2025, after 13 years with a leading French law firm and co-founding her own firm to develop her practice.

She regularly assists investment funds, SMEs, family groups and senior executives with leveraged buyouts (LBOs, MBOs, OBOs), external growth and financing. She also has extensive experience of advising managers on incentive plans and employee share ownership schemes. Audrey is also involved in corporate capital restructuring and corporate governance.

Audrey is particularly active in the industrial, healthcare, new technologies and agri-food sectors.

Audrey is a trainer at the CRA - Centre de Formation des repreneurs d'entreprise and a member of the APM Management Association.
