Aurélie Bregou, a member of the Paris Bar since 1996, joined DDG in 2007, after more than ten years of experience in law firms specialising in press law and intellectual property law. Aurélie has been a partner at DDG since 1 January 2020.

She represents French and foreign groups mainly in the media, communication, advertising and digital sectors. She has developed a strong practice in communication and media law (Internet, TV, radio, press and publishing) and in new technologies law, with a strong litigation component.), personality rights (privacy, image rights, presumption of innocence, etc.) and personal data (requests for dereferencing, removal of content, communication of data of authors of Internet content).

She regularly publishes articles in the press specialized in communication and media law (Legipresse, Recueil Dalloz, etc.). She is also involved in training sessions on press law and Internet law for press groups.

Aurélie is a member of the Scientific Council of the Association des Avocats Praticiens du Droit de la Presse.
