After 10 years of practice with leading French and international law firms, Fabian founded FG Avocat at the end of 2023 to develop his practice.
Fabian advises French and international clients (companies, executives, investors) on M&A, private equity, financing, fundraising, strategic projects and industrial and commercial agreements.
Fabian works in the energy, new technologies, infrastructure, audiovisual, fashion and design and hotel sectors.
